At 550 feet tall, with 54-storeys, 444 dwelling units including 50 rental units, and three office floors, One Burrard Place, located at the corner of Hornby and Drake streets, makes a significant contribution to the Vancouver skyline. Part of a three-building complex, this high-rise is connected to an office building and a second residential tower through its amenity podium and unified landscape.

The upscale development offers a full floor of amenities including private dining facilities, wine cellar and tasting bar; a clubhouse for children; study and music room for students; a pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room along with change facilities; and a gym with weight room, yoga space and spa/wellness centre.

The spacious outdoor common area includes a fire pit and lounge, as well as private garden plots on roof decks. But in case these luxurious perks weren’t enough, bespoke services including a sushi chef, pastry chef, fashion consultant, DJ, wine service and mixologist, have also been commissioned to be on-demand for residents.

IBI’s design for this LEED Gold building allows residents to soak in the sweeping panoramic marina and mountain views. Representing a new style of integrated and convenient, urban living, residents can interact in the ground floor café, restaurant and retail store, work in the adjacent office building, and enjoy their down time in the generous amenity spaces and rooftop garden.
